How we handle information when you use ORINEX Workspace and this site.

This policy covers orinexsystems.com and its subdomains — the marketing site, the evaluation and quote request forms, and the launch notification form. It does not describe the ORINEX Workspace software, which runs on infrastructure you control and is described separately in the Data Practices statement. Licence terms are in the End User License Agreement.
THE SHORT ANSWER
This site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. It sets nothing in your browser and stores nothing about your visit. The only information we receive is what you type into a form and send us, and that is delivered to us as email rather than stored in a database on the site.
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
Evaluation or quote request. The form asks for your district or organization, your name, your work email, and your Google Workspace domain. It optionally accepts a phone number, student enrollment, preferred term length, and a free-text note describing what you are trying to solve. Only the first four are required.
Launch notification. The coming-soon page asks for an email address and nothing else.
Both forms include a hidden field that is invisible to you and is used only to identify automated submissions. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent to us.
We do not ask for, and the site has no field for, student information, staff records, Google credentials, or any data from your Workspace tenant. Please do not put such information in the free-text note.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
A submitted form is delivered straight to us as an email and is not written to any database, log, or file on the website. Evaluation requests go to our trial address and quote requests to our billing address; asking for both sends it to both. The reply-to address is set to the address you supplied so that we can answer you.
We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, to prepare an evaluation or a quote, and to carry on the resulting business correspondence. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected this way unless you ask us to.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Our host. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives and logs the ordinary information any web server receives — your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string — and uses it to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not add anything to those logs and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Nothing else. Every file this site needs — stylesheets, fonts, scripts, images — is served from this site itself. Your browser makes no request to any other company when a page loads, so no third party receives your IP address simply because you read a page here.
WHAT THIS SITE DOES NOT DO
- It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage of any kind.
- It runs no analytics, page-view counters, session recording, or heat mapping.
- It carries no advertising and no advertising or social media pixels.
- It performs no cross-site tracking and builds no visitor profiles.
- It loads nothing from a third-party CDN, including fonts and scripts.
- It has no accounts, no logins, and no passwords.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it to train
machine-learning models.
Because the site sets no cookies, there is no cookie banner and nothing to consent to.

We add no other recipients. If that changes, this page changes with it.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
A form submission reaches us as ordinary business email and is retained with our business correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, any resulting evaluation or contract, and our own tax and record-keeping obligations. Postmark retains delivery records for its own operational period. Cloudflare's request logs are subject to Cloudflare's retention, not ours. The website itself retains nothing, because it stores nothing.
YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@orinexsystems.com and we will answer. Since the only information we hold from this site is the enquiry you sent us and our reply to it, these requests are usually straightforward.
If you would rather not use a form at all, email us directly — the addresses are on the site and every form's contents reach us the same way.
CHILDREN
This site is intended for school district technology, privacy, and procurement staff. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it. Student information is not collected by this website in any form. How the ORINEX Workspace software handles student records inside your own tenant is covered in the Data Practices statement.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes we will publish the new version here with a new effective date and version number. A superseded version stays available so that you can see what changed.
