ORINEX Workspace is a Windows app that runs GAM for your team. Select accounts or devices, pick an action, and watch it run — with a preview before anything changes and a record of it afterward. You keep GAM and your own Google credentials. Your team no longer has to know the syntax.
GAM is the most capable way to administer Google Workspace, and in a lot of districts it lives in one person’s head and one person’s scripts. ORINEX turns the work your team repeats into workflows anyone with the right role can run.
Select users, ChromeOS devices or mobile devices, or upload a CSV, then run one action across all of them with a live progress bar and a Cancel button. Schedule it for later, or chain steps such as suspending accounts and then moving them to another OU.
Bulk actions show the rows, the counts and who is eligible before they run. Destructive actions ask you to type to confirm.
Suspensions, OU moves, ChromeOS device disable and enable, group membership and license changes can be undone for 7 days from the Activity Log.
Transfer Drive files, remove the account from every group, revoke app access and sign it out, suspend it and move it to your suspended OU — for one person or a list of up to 5,000.
Super Admin, Admin and read-only Viewer roles, each with its own login, and two-factor authentication you can require.
The Activity Log shows who did what, to which account, when, and whether it worked, with filters and CSV export.
ORINEX covers the administration your team repeats. GAM stays in place for everything else, on the same machine.
ORINEX installs on a Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016+ machine your district controls and reaches Google through GAM, using your own OAuth credentials. GAM is installed separately and set up once. Updates install only when an administrator chooses to apply them.
