You install it yourself. That’s the point.
ORINEX Workspace runs on a Windows machine your district owns — a desktop, a laptop or a server — using your district’s own Google credentials. Evaluations start with a short conversation and a signed order, then a private download link. You run the install on your own hardware, following a guide written for exactly that. Nobody from ORINEX touches that machine.

How it works
Four steps, and you are running.
There is no anonymous download button, and that is deliberate. ORINEX Workspace holds administrative authority over your entire Google Workspace domain — so we know who is running it, and we help you stand it up rather than leaving you with an installer and a wish of good luck.
2 · Sign the evaluation order
A zero-dollar, 30-day evaluation order. It costs nothing and asks for no card, but it is a signed document, because an evaluation puts the same administrative power in your hands that a paid license does.
3 · Get your private link
We email a download link tied to your order. It stays valid for 14 days and up to five downloads, which is enough to get it onto the machine and keep a copy for your records.
4 · Run the first-run wizard
An eight-step wizard connects to Google and creates your admin account. The installation guide covers every step, the full documentation ships with the product, and support is an email away if something does not match the guide.

Check it against your environment first.
Both of these are public. Your systems team can confirm ORINEX will run on what you already have, and read exactly how the install goes, before anyone signs anything.
System requirements
Supported Windows versions, CPU, memory and disk, the Google Workspace editions ORINEX works with, browsers, ports, and the exact Google API domains it reaches.

One thing to expect
Windows may ask about the installer.
Our installer is code-signed, and Windows still shows a warning the first time a new publisher’s software is downloaded — every browser marks downloaded files, and SmartScreen reacts to that mark until a publisher has enough install history behind it. It is worth knowing before it happens, because it looks alarming and it is completely routine.
The clean way
Right-click the downloaded installer, choose Properties, tick Unblock at the bottom, then OK — before you run it. Windows treats it normally from that point.
If you already ran it
On the blue SmartScreen dialog, choose More info, then Run anyway. Check the publisher reads ORINEX Systems LLC first — that is the signature doing its job.
